  • Corporate Governance
  • Policy Formulation  & Implementation

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master’s Degree in Political Science, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field specialized in Corporate Strategy/ Corporate Planning or equivalent.
  • Required Skill(s): Oral communication, Written Communication, Data Analysis, Reports Preparation, Quantitative Research Method

CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Customer Care Service
  • Customer Relationship Build up & Maintenance
  • Operational Efficiency
  • Reporting & Compliance

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any Business related course
  • Preferably 3-5 years’ work experience in Supervisory/ Team Lead capacity on same or related industry
  • Computer literate on software relevant to the job
  • Knowledge in Basic Non-Life Insurance is an advantage
  • Must be good in Customer Servicing, After Sales, Interpersonal, Communication and skills related to the job
  • One (1) Full-Time position available
